Just cause it’s rolled up doesn’t give you the option to nick name it SUSHI, idiots.

su·shi (ssh)

n.

Cold cooked rice dressed with vinegar that is shaped into bite-sized pieces and topped with raw or cooked fish, or formed into a roll with fish, egg, or vegetables and wrapped in seaweed.

use agar instead of gelatin and you should be able to get a much higher heat without breaking down the bonds. Agar will not melt until 185°F unlike Gelatin at a mearly 95°F. The only downside being you would have to bring the agar to a boil to cause a reaction and actuall setting. Therefore I would add it into the seasoning mix of the Hamburger Helper and cook it with the product. Agar Agar is also vegetarian!
