I’m sorry, but I would pretty much lick a shoe if it was covered in buffalo sauce.

But since that’s most likely “frowned upon” by most normal human folk beings, we’ll go with cauliflower.

Have ya ever thought about subbing the word cauli for cauliflower and chicky for chicken? Have ya ever thought about subbing the cauli for the chicky?

Have ya ever thought about punching me in the face?

You know what, game day is here and we have no time to waste. We have buffalo to lick!

Ingredients for Buffalo Cauliflower & Blue Cheese-Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Grab some cauliflower, buffalo sauce, buttermilk, blue cheese, some Yoplait Greek 100 yogurt, buttah, garlic powder and salt. We’re so doing this.

Whisking the flour, buttermilk, garlic powder and salt together

First of all, just whisk the flour, buttermilk, garlic powder and salt together.

Coated cauliflower

And then you can do this two ways: You could add the cauliflower TO the bowl and lightly toss to coat. OR, you could go ahead and place the cauliflower in a baking dish and pour the mixture over the cauli and toss in there. Guess which one I did! Don’t you just love guessing games?

Now, stick it in the oven for abouuuut 18 minutes. So gorgeous already.

Pouring buffalo sauce on

Then you’ll just mix the melted butter with the buffalo sauce and pour it over the cauliflower. Give it another light toss and again and throw her back in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes.

Whisking the yogurt and blue cheese together

In the meantime, whisk together the yogurt and blue cheese. I had to add a little water to mine to thin it out a tad. But it’s up to you. Add a pinch of salt and pepper! Taste that. Lerve.

Baked buffalo cauliflower

Ooooo, here’s the cauli all buffaloed and baked and glorious.

Then you just serve it with the blue cheese/yogurt dressing and a mound of carrots and celery!

Buffalo Cauliflower & Blue Cheese-Yogurt Dipping Sauce, ready to eat

I almost took a picture of my head smashed into it. But I didn’t and did.

Best moment of my life.
