Now, now. Before you glance at the title of this post, set yourself on fire and jump out the nearest window, relax.

Everything is cooked. In fact, all of the ingredients are pulled from the majestic meal known as THANKSGIVING DINNER.

Yep. So put the match down, for real.

You do know you have options in life when it comes to leftovers, right? You have the “spoon it out, plop it down, nuke it up, shove it in” approach.

Or you have me.

NOT TO MICROWAVE, DUDE. Seriously, gross.

You have me to offer you new and ahem, ADORBS options when it comes to leftover land!

Let’s make some sushi and crostini, shall we?

Now, you can really use whatever leftovers you have, but this is what I had on hand today.

Ingredients for Thanksgiving sushi

Take a bamboo place mat and spread out some rice.

Next we layer the mashed taters.

Then the turkey.

How ’bout some cranberry sauce? Fresh parsley?

Roll it up with the bamboo mat and LOOK:

Can I say adorbs again? Because I’m about to.

Okay so if sushi ain’t ya thang, let’s go with crostini! Cut out some tortilla circles.

Layer, layer layer.

So there you have it! Two new ways to fancy up your leftovers. Okay I’m gonna say it, ADORBS!

Sorry.
